Midtown Umbrellas Business-to-Business offers an exclusive discount of up to 25% off retail pricing. This discount is available only to members of Midtown Umbrellas Business-to-Business and is not intended for use by non-members. It cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. Qualifying purchases do not include gift certificates, postage and handling, taxes, canceled orders, replacement orders, and returns. The Midtown Umbrellas Business-to-Business discount does not apply to special furniture set discounts and select third-party brands. Midtown Umbrellas reserves the right to exclude certain items from Business-to-Business discounts.

Payment for orders must be made in advance and can be processed via credit card. The credit card used must be registered to the billing address of the company listed on the Midtown Umbrellas Business-to-Business application. Usage of a client's or an unauthorized credit card may lead to the revocation of your Business-to-Business discount privileges.

Orders for Midtown Umbrellas must be placed through our Business-to-Business Sales and Service team at 888-686-5455, online, or in-store with an associate or design consultant. For online orders, the total amount will be displayed at checkout, with the discount automatically applied. You may also initiate an order based on a quotation via our website, by calling a Business-to-Business specialist at 888-686-5455, or by emailing support@midtownumbrellas.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund of the item's cost (excluding Shipping and Handling fees). To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. Please note, market umbrellas, tilt umbrellas, and accessories are eligible for free returns, but this offer is limited to only 1 umbrella per order. We recommend that if you are placing a large order, you should initially order one umbrella to ensure it meets your needs before ordering more. Cantilever umbrellas, pergolas, and bases are not eligible for free returns.

Membership is not transferable; misuse of membership may result in termination. Misuse includes any resale of Midtown Umbrellas merchandise in a retail outlet, website, or store, transfer of membership, allowing others to use your membership, or submitting false or expired information to establish membership.

You have the option of being tax exempt and will need to opt in. The Tax ID associated with your account expires one year from the date of enrollment and every year thereafter. To preserve your tax exemption status, simply send in a copy of your current state-issued Tax ID form to support@midtownumbrellas.com to reactivate.

Midtown Umbrellas reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel the Midtown Umbrellas Business-to-Business program at its discretion or to terminate membership in the program. Midtown Umbrellas may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be posted in the Terms and Conditions on the Midtown Umbrellas Business-to-Business website.
